Privacy Policy

This explains what DigitalRyze Innovations Pvt. Ltd. collects when you visit digitalryze.com, fill out a form, book a call or subscribe to our list, and what we do with it.

Last updated September 21, 2026

DigitalRyze Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("DigitalRyze," "we," "us") operates digitalryze.com and provides digital marketing, web design, AI and white label fulfillment services. This policy covers the information we collect through our own website, forms, newsletter and booking tools. It does not cover data inside a client's own ad accounts, analytics properties or CRM, that's governed by our service agreement with that client and the privacy policies of the platforms involved (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, GoHighLevel and similar).

The Short Version

We collect what you give us directly, contact form details, your email if you subscribe, and call details if you book with us, plus standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. We use it to respond to you, run the site, and occasionally email you if you've opted in. We don't sell your personal information, and we only share it with the vendors that operate our forms, scheduling and analytics.

Who we are

DigitalRyze Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is the data controller for information collected through digitalryze.com. Our offices are at B-812/A, World Trade Tower, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051, India, and Victoria St, Victoria, London SW1H 0, UK. You can reach us at hello@digitalryze.com or +91 760 044 3625 with any question about this policy or your information.

Information you give us directly

When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, website (if provided) and the message you write. When you subscribe to our newsletter through the footer form, we collect only your email address. When you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email and the details you enter for that meeting, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. If you apply to or participate in our affiliate program, we additionally collect payment details needed to pay referral commissions.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. Specifically:

Tools Running On This Site
  • Google Analytics (GA4) records pages viewed, session length, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
  • Google Tag Manager is the container we use to manage the scripts above. From time to time it may also load an advertising conversion tag, for example for Google Ads or Meta, so we can measure whether our own marketing is working.
  • Server and hosting logs, kept by our hosting provider, record IP address, timestamp and requested page for security and reliability purposes.

None of this automatic data is used to build a profile we sell to third parties. You can block most of it by adjusting your browser's cookie settings or using an extension like Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, though some site features may work less well as a result.

How we use your information

We use the information above to reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, send the newsletter if you subscribed to it, understand which pages and channels actually bring in the right visitors, keep the site secure, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. If you're a client, information gathered through the contact form or a discovery call also feeds directly into scoping your project, we don't run it through a separate marketing list without telling you.

We don't sell personal information, full stop. What we collect is used to run this business, not to build a data product on top of it.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the vendors that operate the tools this site runs on, each bound by their own security and privacy commitments: Formspree (processes our contact and newsletter form submissions), Calendly (processes call bookings), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), and Vercel (hosts this website). We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of DigitalRyze or our users. If DigitalRyze is acquired or merges with another company, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy you're notified of.

Data retention

We keep contact form and inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period after for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own default retention settings, which you can review in Google's own documentation.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. Residents of the UK and EU have these rights under GDPR, and residents of India have equivalent rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. To exercise any of these, email hello@digitalryze.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. UK and EU residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority, in the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

International data transfers

DigitalRyze operates from India and the UK, and the vendors listed above (Google, Formspree, Calendly, Vercel) may process and store data in the United States or other countries. Where required, these transfers rely on the vendor's own standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. For meaningful changes, for example a new category of data or a new third-party tool, we'll also note it in the newsletter or on this page directly rather than changing it silently.
